Etude House: Drawing Show Creamy Liner Review

Hey pretty girls! ;)
Another Korean products review is hereee~~ xD

I'm gonna review the new Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner
This was released around 2 months ago to replace the Code B strong eyes cream liner.

I got mine in color BR401 Brown Double Shot

In my opinion this cream liner is very similar with the old Code B Strong Eyes Cream Liner. The pigmentation is good and it also lasts all day with my Urban Decay primer potion.

I've been using my Bobbi Brown gel liner for 2 years and I really cannot compare these 2. I think that for Etude House price, it really does a great job for a cream liner. Where as the Bobbi Brown one is a bit overpriced for me but offers a very high end quality. Both lasted me all day with my primer. The only difference is only that the Bobbi Brown one dries immediately after I apply it on my lids so I do not need to wait for it to dry where Etude House one needs a few seconds for it to dry.

1 more thing I like about this cream liner is it is very waterproof, I swatched it on the back on my hands and afterwards find a hard time to clean it water. So you've gotta use a eye make up remover to really remove this eye liner.

The brush included to the liner is pretty good and I find it to be the same with the Code B cream liner but a bit more precise.

These are the swatches of the eyeliner

Below is the picture of the eye liner after I dip it in water.

It actually doesn't smudge when it is wet unlike the picture. There are some smudges on the picture because I touched it before it dries.

Overall really like this eyeliner, might not be my HG cream liner but it does a great job to line my eyes and the brown color is really nice also. If you have a tight budget and wanted a good cream liner I really recommend you to try this.

Holika Holika: Aqua Petit Jelly Make Up Fixer Review

Hi do you know that make up fixer is one of the most important thing in make up? :D
If you're going to be out all day (12 hours+) or even go to parties and prom where you have to dance and sweat, you will definitely need make up fixer to make your make up lasts and prevent your foundation from melting and smearing.

So now I'm gonna review this Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly Make Up Fixer which I just bought recently.

At first I wasn't so sure about this make up fixer. I did bought this for review purpose because I find that there aren't a lot of beauty bloggers as well as youtubers talk about Holika Holika makeup. So just to help you guys if you're interested in Holika Holika makeup :p.

Although I bought this for a review purpose, I actually liked it after I tried!
Wow so unexpectedly!

Reading from the description, I think that this make up fixer was intended for dry skin people. Since I have a combination skin, I really really didn't thought I would like this.

I applied this all over my face after all my makeup is done and went out for wedding reception that day. I was using my Shu Uemura UV Under Base Mousse, MUFE HD Foundation, Urban Decay Razor Sharp Loose Powder, and lastly this Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly Make Up Fixer.

It did a great job in moisturize my cheeks area which is very dry.
My T-zone area would normally get oily after 3-4 hours but after using this make up fixer I find that my t-zone was slightly oily after 6-7 hours.

I think the best thing about this is that I did make my face feels bouncier! :D

I think that this make up fixer did a great job for the lasting power. Although it was intended for dry skin but I didn't feel like my face become super oily after spraying this into my face. It might not work very well for oily skin though. So if you have a dry/combination skin, I definitely recommend this for you. It really did a great job for the price I paid.

The Face Shop: Lovely Me Ex Petit I Cheek Stick Review

Hi sweeties!
I'm back with a new The Face Shop product review~
And the product is gonna be the Lovely Me Ex Petite I Cheek Stick

I did promise to do this review 3 months ago but I just got to try on this blush yesterday so pardon me for the late review :p

The doll packaging is I believe is inspired by the Russian doll since it resembles Russian doll very much.

I know I know I'm a big sucker for cute packaging such as this. I think that this blush is extremely cute and it might be the cutest cream blush ever! x) How can I ever resist to buy this blush???

This range of blush came in 3 colors but I only got 1, which is #01 Pink Pong Pong.
The color is kind of soft peachy pink with no shimmer in it.

So what you do now is you lift up the doll head and ta-da~

These are the swatches of the blush~

My conclusion of this blush is I really like the color and texture. The color is very soft and pigmented. It glides on the skin very well without any patchiness. And honestly this is very easy to use since you can just apply the blush stick directly to your cheek and blend it with fingers. So no brush needed to apply this which I find to be good. I think I would definitely bring this blush along with me if I'm travelling.

I think the only thing that I don't like about this blush is the color selection is quite limited. Among all colors they came up with, I do not see any special colors. All the shades are very common such as soft pink, bright orange, and bright neon pink. So for someone like me who already have a lot of blush in my makeup stash I don't think this is a must product. But if you are a beginner in makeup give this a try! It is definitely worth it!

Holika Holika: Luminous Silk SPF 42 PA+++ BB Cream Review

Annyeong! I'm back with my all time favorite Holika Holika products! :D
If you've following my blog, then you must've known how much I adore Holika Holika.
So today I'm gonna review this Luminous Silk SPF 42 PA+++ BB Cream that I recently bought.

The box is printed with lace prints which is very delicate and beautiful :D

It comes with a pump! Yeay! xD

I really really adore the packaging. I think that this is the cutest and the most beautiful BB Cream I've ever bought. There is this lace print on the BB Cream as well that makes the BB Cream looks more expensive and beautiful. But 1 thing that I don't really like about this is the pump. Sometimes I do find that the BB Cream is stuck in the pump so it takes quite a few pumps to get the product out of the bottle.

So moving on to the product itself, I got mine in 01 light beige. This BB Cream claims to have UV protection, whitening, and anti aging. It offers a dewy finish on the skin, which I didn't really like at first. I think that I'm a very matte kind of person (if you know what I mean :p). But after I tried this BB Cream, all my negative thoughts of dewy base makeup has changed since.

I really really adore this BB Cream. I think that this is the best dewy finish BB Cream as well as base makeup I've ever tried before. It has medium coverage in my opinion which is quite surprising because at first I thought it will be a light coverage BB cream, so it kinda covers up my dark circle as well as my acne scars very well (although sometimes I need extra concealer to cover up my heavier scar). The consistency and texture, I find it quite thick but a little goes a long way~~ so don't worry ;)

The dewy finish of this BB Cream is definitely worth to be liked. It is sooooo beautiful, it gives a healthy glow to my face, and it brightens up my complexion a lot without looking like a dead man. It doesn't contains any shimmer that makes your face looks like a disco ball.

I think the only thing that I don't like about this BB Cream is that the oil control is not so good, so if you are an oily skin person, you might not want to try this. I have a combination skin where I got oily on my forehead down to my chin. I do get oily on my T Zone after 4 hours of application. So if you have a combination skin like me you still can use this BB Cream but you've gotta bring your blotting paper along :p. I think that this will be very great for a dry skin people since it moisturize my face very well.

These are the swatches of the Luminous Silk BB Cream

left: without the BB Cream, right: with the Luminous Silk BB Cream.
I wish you can see the very nice glow on my skin after applying the Luminous Silk BB Cream.

1 more thing about this BB cream is it contains a very strong fragrance. So if you are allergic to any fragrance, you've gotta stay away from this. For me, I cannot say that I like the fragrance but I'm just okay with it since I'm not allergic to it.

Anyway I really adore this BB cream especially finish. I just wish that the oil control can be a lot better.

Recommended: Yes to dry skin people ;)

Nature Republic: Shine Blossom Rose Blusher Review

Hey Sweetie! How you're doing? :D
This days have been quite hectic for me because of my new fashion line. I'm desperately looking for an assistant designer and pattern drafter so if you know someone who is interested please contact me ;).

Anyway I'm gonna review my first Nature Republic products that I bought from Korea.
It is the Shine Blossom Rose Blusher.
If I'm not wrong this blush was released around 1-2 months ago.

I got one in color 01 baby rose

The packaging as you can see is indeed very adorable. It is in a little cute round tin like Majolica Majorca blushes. And it has this cute little puff to apply the blush. However I do not use the puff to apply the blush, I use a blush brush instead.

The color baby rose is a very natural rosy pink color. It is not too pink, not too peach, and not too brown (if you know what I mean :p). All the colors mixtures are just nice as it is in my opinion.

1 thing I can say about this blush is GREAT. I have been looking for this kind of color for sooo long and I finally found a good one! The color on my cheek looks really natural yet cute and sweet. Pigmentation wise is good in my opinion. It is not so pigmented so you gotta layer on 2-3 times to get the right color. But you know blush is not meant to be pigmented in the first place, or else you will look like a clown :D.

The staying power I do not say that it is very great. It does fades off after 5-6 hours of application. One more thing that I loveee about this blush is the smell! It really smells like Anna Sui cosmetics, very rosy yet sweet kind of smell. If you are allergic of any fragrance then you've gotta stay away from this product. But if you love Anna Sui cosmetics then you will really really love the smell of this blush.

These are the swatches of this blush on the back of my hand

I'm sorry if the color doesn't show up very well because of the poor lighting in my house =__=.
But trust me it is really great and the color is very very nice also. I have been wearing this blush every time I wear make up. :D
Anyway love love love this blush I just wish that it stays longer on my cheeks.

A Little bit of Haul: June HUGE Haul~!!

Hi sweet cupcakes! I'm sorry for not posting anything for sooooooooooooo long > <
I have been away for a few days for my trip to Singapore.
So in return I did bought a LOT of things from Singapore as well as from Korea.

I'm gonna show you all the stuff that I bought from Korea first~
ta-da~

I got some Nature Republic products this month. I actually haven't really tried this brand yet but I'm really looking forward to try all these stuff.

These are the list of all the items I bought from Korea:
1. Nature Republic Ice Jelly Primer SPF 28 PA++ in Cherry
2. Nature Republic Shine Blossom Rose Blusher in #01 Baby Rose
3. Nature Republic Stain Girl's Tint in #01 Girl's Red
4. Etude House Tear Drop Liner in White Pearl
5. Missha Professional Rounding Angle Foundation Brush
6. Holika Holika Luminous Silk SPF 42 PA+++ in #01 Light Beige

Moving on to the products that I bought in Singapore. When I was in Plaza Singapura waiting for my friend, I came across to this "angmoh" counter called Vardi & Migdal. The sell products from Israel and claimed to have the dead sea extract in their products. The SA there was quite pushy so I end up buying quite a lot of stuff back home.

Inside the White Flower Professional Nail Kit:

Beside Vardi & Migdal products, They also sell Amore Mio Cosmetics and Orogold Cosmetics which both was famous for their 24k Gold cosmetics. Both is considered as luxury cosmetics, considering the price range is around 100-400 S$+.

So from Amore Mio Cosmetics I got their famous 24k Gold Foundation. The SA applied this foundation on my face and it REALLY feels like NOTHING!! I think this the first product that actually feels like nothing on my skin. So of course I immediately fell in love with this 24k Gold Foundation. The SA also applied the most famous Orogold 24k Deep Peeling. She applied it on the half of my face and she did let me see the before and after effect. My face did become a lot clearer and my discoloration seems to be more even after she applied the peeling gel. And the most amazing thing is that my face became A LOT smoother afterwards.

I did get all these stuff for 310S$. I actually only bought the 24k Gold Peeling (200S$) and the Amore Mio 24k Gold Foundation (100S$), but the "angmoh" which is their supervisor gave me all these bonus which is a very good deal for me. He let me top up for another 10S$ and get the White Flower Spa Salt Scrub for only 10 dollar. Anyway very impressed with all the products and their services also.

The other thing that I got from Sephora is the most famous Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette! Yay!
I have been wanting this for sooooooooooooooo long

And the last thing is this Shiseido special set. I'm planning to sell out this set though. So do visit my online store (House of Younique)

Thanks for reading this long blog post. I hope you enjoy the rest of your week!
Bye~ ;)
