Etude House: Drawing Show Creamy Liner Review

Hey pretty girls! ;)
Another Korean products review is hereee~~ xD

I'm gonna review the new Etude House Drawing Show Creamy Liner
This was released around 2 months ago to replace the Code B strong eyes cream liner.

I got mine in color BR401 Brown Double Shot

In my opinion this cream liner is very similar with the old Code B Strong Eyes Cream Liner. The pigmentation is good and it also lasts all day with my Urban Decay primer potion.

I've been using my Bobbi Brown gel liner for 2 years and I really cannot compare these 2. I think that for Etude House price, it really does a great job for a cream liner. Where as the Bobbi Brown one is a bit overpriced for me but offers a very high end quality. Both lasted me all day with my primer. The only difference is only that the Bobbi Brown one dries immediately after I apply it on my lids so I do not need to wait for it to dry where Etude House one needs a few seconds for it to dry.

1 more thing I like about this cream liner is it is very waterproof, I swatched it on the back on my hands and afterwards find a hard time to clean it water. So you've gotta use a eye make up remover to really remove this eye liner.

The brush included to the liner is pretty good and I find it to be the same with the Code B cream liner but a bit more precise.

These are the swatches of the eyeliner

Below is the picture of the eye liner after I dip it in water.

It actually doesn't smudge when it is wet unlike the picture. There are some smudges on the picture because I touched it before it dries.

Overall really like this eyeliner, might not be my HG cream liner but it does a great job to line my eyes and the brown color is really nice also. If you have a tight budget and wanted a good cream liner I really recommend you to try this.

Holika Holika: Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner Review

Hello pretty girls~!! :D
I'm sorry for not posting any review for weeks > <
I'm very busy these days because I'm going to start my own clothing line soon. So stay tuned if you want to know more about it ;)~

Anyway today I'm gonna review Holika Holika Jewel Light Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil which I purchased last month. I've been wearing these eyeliner a couple of times and I think I should let you all know how I feel about these babies~

Descriptions: Holika Holika Jewel-Light Waterproof Eyeliner is a long lasting waterproof eyeliner that stays on your eyes without smudging through sweat or sebum. Starting from the inside corner, fill in between lashes. To use as an eye shadow, draw a thick line then blend the line into the lid.

This eyeliner is available in 8 colors but I only got 3 of them.
As you can see there I got mine in color #06 Olive Peridote, #07 One Carat Diamond and #08 Pink Topaz.
All colors are sparkly and shimmery x)

These are the swatches of each color~

From left to right (#06, #07, #08)

#06 Olive Peridote is just a very dark brown (nearly black) with gold fine shimmer in it. #07 is just a shimmery white color which is good to highlight inner corners and water line. And lastly #08 is a sweet pink peachy kind of eyeliner which is also good for highlighting inner corners as well as water line.

I only do 1 swipe for each swatches, so you can see that all the colors are extremely pigmented and creamy. The texture itself is very soft and subtle. The shimmery inside gives a very beautiful glow to each eyeliner without looking over shiny.

I've worn these eyeliner for around 5 hours and honestly it doesn't smudge at all and stays on all day. So thumbs up for the long lasting. Unlike other eyeliner which doesn't glides smoothly on eyelids, these eyeliner does glides like dream~ so smooth and soft x)

I think the only thing that people won't like about these eyeliner is that it does takes a few minutes for the eyeliner to set so you've gotta keep your fingers away from your eyelid right after applying these babies.

I tried to rub it with my fingers right after I apply it, and it became like this..

Actually I couldn't say that this is a down side because it's kinda helpful when I'm doing a smokey eyes look. I can just smudge the colors out without having to put another layer of eyeshadow to give a very smokey look.

And last thing these eyeliner is indeed water proof. I tried to pour out some water to these swatches and it doesn't budge at all, which is a very very good thing.

Overall I really really LOVE these eyeliner. I think these eyeliner might be one of the best eyeliner pencil I've ever tried. The price itself is extremely affordable and for the quality of the eyeliner I think it's really worthed. I'm thinking of getting more colors perhaps the black and navy blue~  :p

Dolly Wink liquid eyeliner review

Hi readers, today I am going to review dolly wink liquid eyeliner.
Before i start reviewing i'll give short introduction about this brand. Dolly Wink is a brand created by Tsubasa Masukawa. This brand has been very popular in Asia (especially japan) for its cute, pinkish, and gyaru style. The best selling product of this brand is the eyeliner and fake lashes.

So moving on into the review, first of all i really love this eyeliner. I think this is the best eyeliner i've ever used. I even use it more than i use my expensive bobbi brown gel liner now because it's so convenient and easy to use. And it comes in 2 color, black and brown (I have the black one ;D) Here are the swatches of this product
And this is the swatches after i soak it with water

When I soak it with water it doesn't actually fade but when I rub it, it started to fade a bit. I think the description doesn't say that this eyeliner is waterproof, so i guess this is semi waterproof? since it doesn't budge when soaked into water.

On my oily lids it actually stays for 12 hours with my urban decay primer potion! unbelievable! I actually didn't expect much from this product at first since it's not considered as high end product. But believe me it performs as well as high end eyeliner or even better! Without primer I think it can stay for 6-8 hours, so if you are going out for a long time make sure you use your primer before putting on this eyeliner ;). Overall I think that for this product, the application is very easy and convenient and the staying power is great also.

You can find this eyeliner at your local watsons and sasa.com! ;D I got mine from sasa.com :p
